Advancing Strategies to Support Older Adults with Behavioral Health Conditions in the Senior Nutrition Program Setting
This opportunity funds projects that improve how congregate senior nutrition programs serve older adults with behavioral health conditions. Applicants will identify barriers and supports, create and test person-centered, trauma-informed best practices, and produce accessible (Section 508 compliant) resources that can be shared and scaled across the aging services network.
