Rhode Island’s Department of Health is seeking qualified vendors to implement and operate a Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP). The work includes secure prescription data collection, integration, analysis, and reporting, with interoperability to state and federal/CMS standards. The system is intended to support both public health and law enforcement uses.

RI Department of Health (“RIDOH”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to implement and operate a Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) that supports public health and law enforcement objectives through secure data collection, integration, analysis, and reporting, in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The system must support state, federal, and CMS interoperability, security, and reporting standards.
