Virginia is seeking information through a non-binding RFI to understand the market for configurable criminal case e-discovery systems (COTS or SaaS) that can help the Commonwealth meet constitutional, statutory, and court-ordered criminal discovery requirements. There is no fixed go-live date, and the RFI is strictly for market research—it will not lead to a contract award from this notice.
