The Keystone Energy Efficiency Program (KEEP) provides home energy loans to help Pennsylvania homeowners pay for eligible efficiency and electrification upgrades. Loans can cover improvements such as heating and cooling upgrades, water heating, insulation and home envelope measures, EV charging, and smart home energy management systems.
