Algorithms for 3 Axis Magnetometer in the Water Column
Develop new real-time signal processing algorithms to enhance sensor performance and detect underwater objects using commercial 3-axis magnetometers.
Phase I: Create a concept for object detection and localization using these magnetometers. Prove feasibility through testing and modeling. If successful, design specifications for a prototype will be outlined.
