26P-123 Lease and Development of Martel Closed Landfill For Recreational Venue
Marion County Solid Waste is soliciting proposals to lease the closed Martel Landfill and develop it into a commercial recreational venue. The selected partner will be responsible for leasing, designing, constructing, operating, and maintaining the recreational facility on the landfill site.
