Tribal College or University (as defined in 25 U.S.C. 1603 (24), (25), and (26), as applicable)
Tribal Health Program (as defined in 25 U.S.C. 1603 (24), (25), and (26), as applicable)
Tribal Organization (as defined in 25 U.S.C. 1603 (24), (25), and (26), as applicable)
Consortium of two or more eligible Tribal Entities (i.e., any combination of the above)

Key restrictions and conditions:

  • Foreign/Non-domestic (non-U.S.) entities (foreign institutions) are not eligible to apply. Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. organizations are not eligible. The NOFO states foreign components are not allowed.
