Disseminating PCOR Evidence for Long COVID Care into Practice Through Up-to-Date Clinical Decision Support
This grant aims to share research findings on patient-centered outcomes for Long COVID care and integrate them into clinical practice through decision support tools. These tools will be regularly updated as new best practices and evidence become available.
The purpose of this is NOFO is to disseminate patient-centered outcomes (PCOR) evidence for Long COVID care into clinical practice through clinical decision support (CDS) that is consistently updated as best practices and new evidence emerge.
