Reduction of Truck Emissions at Port Facilities Competitive Grants Program
FHWA will award up to $150 million to eligible organizations to reduce idling and air emissions at port facilities. Funding can support actions like port electrification and other emission-reduction strategies. Award sizes are flexible, and the final total depends on available funds, with possible carryover from FY 2023.
