US 101 Express Lanes Phase 5: convert HOV to HOT and add a second express lane
This opportunity supports transportation work to convert existing HOV lanes on California’s US 101 into express lanes (high occupancy toll/HOT) and to build a new second express lane. The project would create a dual express-lanes system from the US 101/SR 237 interchange in Sunnyvale to the Taylor Road interchange in San Jose.
