ODOT RFQ: Prequalified Right-of-Way Appraisal Services List for Appraisers
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking qualified appraisers through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to be added to a prequalified list. Selected appraisers would provide right-of-way appraisal services when ODOT needs appraisal support for upcoming projects. This RFQ is designed to establish the qualified appraiser roster in advance of future service requests.
