The City of Stockton, herein after referred to as the “City”, is requesting proposals from a qualified and experienced professional consultant or team, herein after referred to as “Proponent”, to provide the NPDES compliance and program assistance to the City. The City is seeking a compliance and related technical support services to the Stockton Wastewater Recovery Center NPDES Permit.
