Rural Community Health Support Program
This cooperative agreement funds the development and coordination of nationally available technical assistance for community-based organizations and rural health stakeholders. The goal is to improve and expand access to quality care for rural populations by strengthening delivery and support systems. Support is focused on technical assistance rather than direct clinical services.
