FY26 Brownfield Assessment Grants for States and Tribes (Community-wide Assessment)

The Office of Brownfields and Land Revitalization will provide $35 million for about 18 community-wide brownfield assessment grants to states and tribes. Funding supports activities like building site inventories, prioritizing sites, engaging communities, planning, conducting assessments, and creating site-specific cleanup and reuse plans (but not performing cleanup).
