Fiscal Year 2026 Cooperating Technical Partners (CTP) Program - Region 9
This opportunity funds organizations in FEMA Region 9 to develop flood hazard data and mapping that communities and decision-makers use to understand flood risk. The goal is to strengthen local flood risk awareness and support planning and actions that reduce exposure to flooding. Outputs from the mapping also inform government and private-sector planning and related decisions.
