FEMA NFIP FY 2026 Cooperating Technical Partners (CTP) Program – Region 9

FEMA’s Cooperating Technical Partners (CTP) program funds organizations to develop flood hazard data and maps that help communities understand flood risk and take risk-reduction actions. CTP outputs support better local planning and decision-making for government agencies and the private sector. Total FY 2026 funding is $41 million across nine regions, including Region 9.
