FDA Support for State and Local Retail Food Safety Research and Interventions

This funding supports collaborations that help state, local, tribal, and territorial agencies reduce food-borne illness risk factors in retail food settings. Awardees will support research, implement intervention strategies, and carry out other activities to lower the burden of foodborne illness and strengthen a coordinated national food safety system.
