Benefit Cost Analysis Technical Support
The Washington Military Department plans to procure contracted technical support to perform benefit-cost analyses for its Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) grant programs. The work will support the analysis needed to evaluate and prioritize hazard mitigation funding, with a 3-year contract and two possible annual renewals.
