Any individual(s) with the skills, knowledge, and resources necessary to carry out the proposed research as the Program Director(s)/Principal Investigator(s) (PD(s)/PI(s)) is invited to work with their organization to develop an application for support.
Faith-based or Community-based Organizations
Regional Organizations
Eligible Agencies of the Federal Government, which does not include the NIH Intramural Research Program
Native American Tribal Organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments)
For-Profit Organizations (Other than Small Businesses)
Applicants must meet the definition of an Early Stage Investigator (ESI) at the time of application submission.
