Innovative Services for Emerging Adults in the Criminal Justice System FY 2028
Massachusetts Probation Service is seeking direct service providers to deliver programs for emerging adults ages 18–24 who are involved in the criminal justice system. The goal is to reduce recidivism while also improving education and employment outcomes for both males and females. Proposals should draw on relevant experience working with this population.
