Landscape Task Order Construction Agreement (TOCA)
California State University (on behalf of Cal Poly) is seeking qualified landscape contractors to enter a master enabling agreement for design-build and construction management services. The resulting contract will cover multiple landscape projects priced either as lump sum or guaranteed maximum price (GMP). Interested contractors must submit a Statements of Qualifications (SOQ).
