SUNY Upstate Medical University has the need to lease approximately 100 parking spaces preferably within a 1/2 mile of Upstate’s downtown campus located at 750 East Adams Street (zip code 13210). Preference will be given to sites close to or on current SUNY Upstate shuttle routes. Site must be available by Fourth Quarter of 2026, with a term of 5 years.
