Nutrient and Manure Management Delegation Program
This program funds delegated nutrient and manure management activities through County Conservation Districts working with state agencies. Annual allocations are approved by the State Conservation Commission and depend on the final state budget. Only County Conservation Districts with the required authorizations are eligible to apply.
