Eligibility

Applicants must apply in partnership with other eligible entities; however, the application needs to identify one partner as the applicant. The partnership will serve as the regional response team and must include, at a minimum, representation from each eligible partner type listed below hence forth known as the required partners. If the applicant already meets one of these categories, that requirement is satisfied. Required partners must be identified at the time of application and include: • Local Workforce Development Board • Community College • Career and Technical Center • Economic Development Organization • Organized Labor • Utility, Water, Energy Industry Employers or Labor-Management Contractors
