City of San José Stormwater Capture Project for Venetian Terrace (Bioretention + Park)
The City of San José is requesting proposals to build a regional stormwater bioretention facility to treat runoff at a 1.2-acre site in South San José, along with a new residential-access park with amenities. The engineer’s estimate for the work is about $3.98 million. Proposals are being sought for the “Venetian Terrace Regional Stormwater Capture” project (PW 10511).
