This program supports states in fully integrating physical (primary) and behavioral health in clinical settings. It helps improve integrated care models and expand bidirectional services for mental health and substance use, including screening, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, recovery, and management of co-occurring physical health conditions and chronic diseases.
