THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO MILL AND OVERLAY APPROXIMATELY 5.876 MILES OF HIGHWAY 7 IN GARLAND COUNTY. THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF ACHM SURFACE COURSE, COLD MILLING ASPHALT PAVEMENT, ACHM PATCHING OF EXISTING ROADWAY, MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC, LOOP WIRING, PAVEMENT MARKING, AND MISC. ITEMS.
