CBJ Interior Improvements
The scope of work includes HVAC upgrades, electrical system upgrades, limited interior construction, and limited finish replacement at the Burns buildling. The majority of this work will take place on the 1st and 2nd floors, with limited work in the Penthouse. Close coordination is required to ensure that existing occupants of the 3rd floor and their operations are not disrupted.
