FY2025 Transitional Living Program for homeless youth (16–21)
The Transitional Living Program (TLP) funds services that help youth ages 16 to 21 who are experiencing homelessness or at risk. Programs provide street outreach, shelter, and supportive services for up to 18 months (or up to 21 months in extenuating circumstances) to improve housing stability, education or employment, connections, and social-emotional well-being.
