Ramsey County, through the Public Works Department, seeks a prime contractor for reconstruction of Maryland Avenue from Clark Street to Edgerton Street and will include grading, bituminous surfacing, concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, traffic signals, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, watermain.
