RFA 1223 Child Care Support Centers AMENDED 6/10/2026
New York State OCFS is offering funding to eligible, not-for-profit CCR&R agencies to establish Child Care Support Centers in up to four regions. Each center will run a regional substitute caregiver pool—providing vetted, trained substitutes to help OCFS-licensed and registered child care programs meet staffing needs at no cost to providers.
