Capital Improvements for At-Risk/Receivership/Substandard/Troubled PHAs
This funding provides $11.5M to cover administrative and judicial receivership costs and to fund competitive grants for public housing agencies (PHAs) that are in receivership, designated troubled or substandard, or otherwise at risk.
