Eligibility
Eligible applicants are limited to members and active participants of the Brown Treesnake Technical Working Group which includes, but is not limited to, representatives of the governments of Guam, the Commonwealth Northern Mariana Islands, and Federal Agencies, in accordance with 2 CFR 200.
