Request for Proposal to provide Construction Manager At Risk services for the Cabrillo Boulevard and Union Pacific Railroad Bridge and Los Patos Undercrossing Replacement Project
The City is seeking a Construction Manager-at-Risk to support the remaining design and delivery planning for a bridge and undercrossing replacement project. The selected firm will review design documents, advise on constructability and construction phasing, assess material availability, and perform delegated design for specific temporary works like shoring and falsework.
