RWHAP Part C Capacity Development Program: strengthen HIV care capacity for low-income people
The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part C provides short-term funding to strengthen organizational capacity to improve, develop, or expand access to high-quality HIV primary health care for low-income people living with HIV. Projects must be completed within a one-year performance period and fall under two areas: HIV Care Innovation or Infrastructure Development.
