Project consists of a 60,000 sqft new construction of a 1-Story Police Station.New Site improvements include new parking areas, PV canopies, commercial driveways, automated vehicular gates and perimeter 8’ security block wall. Site improvements also include construction of a trash enclosure, evidence enclosure, generator enclosure and full landscape and irrigation systems.
