GIFA 21-03 Pregnancy Support Services
This opportunity invites community-based providers to deliver pregnancy support services for pregnant and postpartum women who have substance use disorder (SUD), including help with referrals. Providers are expected to facilitate or refer patients to outpatient Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and other SUD treatment services.
