Upcoming NIH funding: ClinGen Expert Panels to curate clinical significance of genes and variants

NICHD and several NIH Institutes intend to issue a NOFO to fund ClinGen Expert Panels that curate and define the clinical significance of genes and variants for priority diseases. Panels must use ClinGen and NCBI ClinVar tools and infrastructure to build a centralized, public genomic resource. This is a notice of intent; applications are not yet being accepted.
