Oil Dock 14 Deepening Upgrades- Phase I
This is a Phase I infrastructure construction effort for Oil Dock 14, including installing about 350 linear feet of toe wall and making breasting structure modifications by shifting the breasting line toward the channel. The work must be completed during a single continuous 35-day dock outage.
