Airport Real-Estate Tax Reimbursement Request

Airport owners with an existing agreement with the Department can request reimbursement for local real estate taxes paid on portions of airport property used directly for aviation. Applicants must confirm their agreement and provide all required supporting tax documentation. Reimbursement is limited to taxes on areas with a direct aviation-related use.
