It is the intention of these specifications to contract with a specialized vendor, with extensive, proven experience providing an array of harm reduction services to staff, stock, manage, and provide technical assistance for Healthcare Kiosks within the bounds of Middlesex County and to provide ongoing services to aid in harm reduction within the County.
