FY26 - Stopping Threats On Pedestrian Competitive Grant Program (Bollards)
This grant program funds the installation of pedestrian safety bollards to reduce injuries and to protect high-pedestrian areas from vehicle-ramming and terrorism threats. Eligible applicants are State DOTs and local governments (e.g., cities, counties, and other general-purpose political subdivisions). The federal government can cover 100% of eligible project costs.
