FY25 FRA cooperative agreement for Amtrak’s National Network ($294.5M)

The Federal Railroad Administration will provide Amtrak $294.5 million for operating, capital, and debt service needs, available through January 31, 2028 or until expended. Only Amtrak is eligible and must submit SF-424 forms, a statement of work, budget and project details, safety culture updates, and required assurances. This is not open to other applicants.
