Pregnancy Support & MAT Referrals for Pregnant/Postpartum Women with OUD (GIFA 20-05)

DDAP is accepting applications from community providers to deliver pregnancy support services and referral assistance for pregnant and postpartum women with opioid use disorder (OUD). Providers will also facilitate or refer clients to outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
