Develop a lightweight, integrated passive-imaging and LiDAR sensor package sized for Group 2 unmanned aerial vehicles to detect targets, characterize features, and retrieve shallow-water bathymetry in littoral environments. The system should enable deployment from a 21–55 lb gross takeoff weight UAV and provide combined passive and active sensing for coastal characterization.
