– The City of Spartanburg is seeking proposals from vendors to provide construction services for Annual Street Resurfacing for 2026. Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows:
Approximately 7,500 Tons Surface Type C Asphalt, 3200 Square Yards Full Depth Patching, and 33,000 Square Yards Milling
