Eligibility

Eligible applicants include any awardee under the initial round of Increasing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the Building and Construction Trades through Apprenticeships and Pre-Apprenticeships grant program (POP from July 1, 2023, to March 31, 2025). Additional eligible applicants include previous PAsmart grantees with a registered building and construction trades apprenticeship or applicants with an existing registered apprenticeship in the building and construction trades previously funded or previously unfunded.
