Countering Weaponized Migration to Central and Eastern Europe
The U.S. Department of State (DRL) is funding research to understand how malign foreign governments and criminal proxies manipulate migration flows to destabilize Central and Eastern European democracies. Applicants should produce analysis and develop approaches that help expose these tactics and counter their effects, including migration driven by conflicts elsewhere.
