STEP: Grants to states to help small businesses start and grow exports

The State Trade Expansion Program (STEP) provides SBA-funded grants to U.S. states to run projects that help eligible small businesses develop exports. The goal is to increase the number of small business exporters, the value of their exports, and participation in new trade opportunities.
