Center of Excellence for Protected Health Information Related to Behavioral Health
This program will establish a national Center of Excellence that develops and shares training, technical assistance, and educational resources. It will help healthcare practitioners, families, individuals, and states understand federal privacy laws and regulations as they apply to behavioral health information.
