Document DPRK human-rights abuses and counter Pyongyang propaganda
The U.S. State Department’s DRL is seeking organizations to safely document, in near real time, conditions inside North Korea and other ground realities that illuminate human-rights abuses. The effort aims to challenge DPRK information control and counter the regime’s influence operations globally through credible reporting and documentation.
